Please call and include:

• Student Name

• Student Identification Number

•  Current address (shelter, motel, doubled up, trans.housing) 

• Resources needed/requesting

**We will provide the confidential information to Food Services for free lunch eligibilty and contact the Transportation Department**(if requesting transportation)
